Returns & Refunds Policy

At QueenKongClub, we strive to deliver products of the highest quality. Please review the following policy before initiating a return or refund request.

Return Eligibility

  • Change of mind: Accepted within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
  • Returns or refunds are also accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Shipping fees are covered by QueenKongClub in these cases.

How to Request a Return/Refund

Contact us via email or our website contact form and include the following:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue (for defective/damaged/incorrect items)

Return Conditions

  • All original tags must be attached.
  • The product must be unwashed and in resalable condition.
  • No smells, perfumes, or cosmetics on the product.

Shipping Fees

  • Change of mind: Round-trip shipping costs paid by the customer.
  • Defective/Damaged/Incorrect items: Shipping fees covered by QueenKongClub.

Refunds

  • A valid tracking number is required for all approved returns.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders canceled before shipment can be refunded without a restocking fee.
