Returns & Refunds Policy
At QueenKongClub, we strive to deliver products of the highest quality. Please review the following policy before initiating a return or refund request.
Return Eligibility
- Change of mind: Accepted within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
- Returns or refunds are also accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Shipping fees are covered by QueenKongClub in these cases.
How to Request a Return/Refund
Contact us via email or our website contact form and include the following:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos showing the issue (for defective/damaged/incorrect items)

Return Conditions
- All original tags must be attached.
- The product must be unwashed and in resalable condition.
- No smells, perfumes, or cosmetics on the product.
Shipping Fees
- Change of mind: Round-trip shipping costs paid by the customer.
- Defective/Damaged/Incorrect items: Shipping fees covered by QueenKongClub.
Refunds
- A valid tracking number is required for all approved returns.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
- Orders canceled before shipment can be refunded without a restocking fee.
